I have been checking out some condo units near La Salle Taft area and found to my liking a 20 sqm. studio at The Grand Towers. I like its location which is a walking distance to premiere schools and a short ride to Makati. Among its amenities, I prefer the most the wi-fi enabled study rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, jogging path and fitness station.
